The Jr Vibe program is designed to provide elementary & middle school athletes the opportunity to learn and enhance the basic fundamental skills of volleyball. This fun and exciting program is a perfect fit for beginners or intermediate players with less than 2 years of playing experience. Our experienced coaches will guide players through the basics of on-court training which will consist of technique training in passing, setting, serving, hitting, and defense. Team concepts will be introduced through instruction and game play. Each session is packed with fun drills, games, and activities that keep young players engaged and enthusiastic. With over 27 years of coaching experience, Cindy has dedicated her career to inspiring athletes and building vibrant volleyball communities. She spent 14 years as the Director of Volleyball at Suwanee Sports Academy, where she shaped the development of countless young players and created a culture centered on teamwork, growth, and sportsmanship.
Before that chapter, Cindy spent 10 years as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of Tennessee and the University of Georgia, bringing her own collegiate playing experience at UGA full circle as she helped guide and elevate both SEC programs.
Her coaching journey reflects a deep passion for developing athletes—on and off the court—while nurturing confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for the game. Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Sport Management, both earned during her playing and early coaching years at the University of Georgia.
