The Jr Vibe Volleyball Afterschool Program at Roberts is all about introducing young athletes to the game in a fun, positive, and high-energy environment. Perfect for beginners or players with less than three years of experience, this program focuses on building confidence while learning the game.
Our experienced Jr Vibe coaches will guide athletes through the fundamentals â passing, setting, serving, hitting, and defense â using exciting drills, creative games, and lots of action to keep everyone moving and engaged.
Players will also be introduced to teamwork and game play, learning how to work together, communicate, and grow as teammates â all while having a blast!

With over 28 years of coaching experience, Cindy has dedicated her career to inspiring athletes and building vibrant volleyball communities. She spent 14 years as the Director of Volleyball at Suwanee Sports Academy, where she shaped the development of countless young players and created a culture centered on teamwork, growth, and sportsmanship.
Before that chapter, Cindy spent 10 years as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of Tennessee and the University of Georgia, bringing her own collegiate playing experience at UGA full circle as she helped guide and elevate both SEC programs.
Her coaching journey reflects a deep passion for developing athletesâon and off the courtâwhile nurturing confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for the game. Cindy holds a bachelorâs degree in Exercise Science and a masterâs degree in Sport Management, both earned during her playing and early coaching years at the University of Georgia.
