Kayla Banwarth

Kayla Banwarth Head Coach, Atlanta Vibe

Kayla Banwarth is the Head Coach of the Atlanta Vibe, bringing elite playing and coaching experience to the Pro Volleyball Federation. A former Olympic bronze medalist and standout libero for Team USA, Banwarth also served as the head coach at the University of Mississippi and was part of the coaching staff at Nebraska, where she won a national championship as both a player and assistant coach. In 2025, she was named Pro Volleyball Federation Coach of the Year in recognition of her leadership and team success. Known for her competitive fire and deep understanding of the game, Banwarth leads the Vibe with a focus on culture, discipline, and high-level performance.


Cindy Young Director of Jr Vibe Youth Volleyball

Director of Youth Volleyball, Cindy Young, is heading the Jr. Vibe Volleyball Program. With a 14-year tenure as the Director of Volleyball at Suwanee Sports Academy, Cindy has passionately developed young athletes, emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship. Previously, she served 10 years as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of Tennessee and the University of Georgia, drawing on her collegiate playing experience at the University of Georgia to contribute to the growth and success of these programs. Cindy’s coaching journey reflects a commitment to fostering both skill development and a love for the game among aspiring volleyball players.
